In using Pharos AMS (the “System”) I accept the following terms and conditions of its use: (1) Pharos Enterprise Intelligence LLC (“Pharos”) takes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or utility of any of the information maintained by it on its System or accessed through the System; (2) Pharos takes no responsibility for how the System or information is used as that is the sole responsibility of any user of the System or person to whom the data from the System is made available by me; (3) if I make available or use the System in conjunction with any the party I am responsible for making this Notice, Disclaimer, and License known to such party and acquire their acquiescence to the terms and conditions of its use; (4) that all data on or accessed through the System is provided by third parties or System users, and those parties have sole responsibility for their data, its accuracy, and its presentation; (5) that the System is in an alpha test mode, and may be subject to instability and system errors for which Pharos takes no responsibility; (6) I recognize that how this data is used is solely my responsibility; (7) I hereby waive any claim against Pharos concerning the accuracy, completeness, or utility of the data or stability of the System and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pharos for any claim by any party who may use or rely on the System and its data as a result of my actions in making the data available to them; and (8) I acknowledge that the use of this account and the accessed data is my sole responsibility and that of anyone to whom I may make this data or information available.
